Back Pocket Bookkeeper Group Terms and Conditions
This membership service is owned and operated by Clear Aim Advisory LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in the Back Pocket Bookkeeper Group (“Group”), whether offered directly or through third-party platforms including TidyCal, Stripe, Google Meet, and clearaimadvisory.com (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing a subscription or participating in the Group, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not subscribe or access the Group.
1. Agreement to Terms
By subscribing to the Back Pocket Bookkeeper Group, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”) and Clear Aim Advisory LLC.
2. Membership Overview
The Group provides access to weekly 90-minute virtual co-working sessions via Google Meet, with real-time bookkeeping guidance and Q&A with the facilitator. Membership is a flat month-to-month subscription granting access to scheduled sessions.
Session schedules, facilitators, and meeting platforms are subject to change or cancellation at the facilitator’s discretion (e.g., for holidays, travel, or illness) with reasonable advance notice. Because the subscription grants general access to ongoing sessions rather than a guaranteed fixed number of hourly appointments per month, canceled sessions will not be made up, rescheduled, or substituted.
3. Payment & Billing
The Group is a recurring monthly subscription priced at $47/month. Payments are automatically processed every 30 days via our payment processor (Stripe) using your provided credit card or direct debit method. Membership pricing and terms are subject to change for future billing cycles upon notice.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the live, drop-in nature of the co-working sessions and immediate access to the meeting schedule upon subscribing, no full, partial, or prorated refunds will be issued for canceled sessions, holiday closures, or unused meetings. Please contact us if you're experiencing issues, and we’ll do our best to help.
5. Failed or Non-Payment
If your payment method fails, access to live sessions will be automatically paused. If a failed payment is not successfully reprocessed or updated within 7 days, your membership will be canceled. Re-enrollment after cancellation will be subject to current market pricing.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time by emailing team@clearaimadvisory.com or managing your subscription through your Stripe billing receipt. Cancellation requests received via email will apply to the next billing cycle. You will retain access to sessions through the end of your current paid billing period.
7. Rules of Conduct
Members agree to act respectfully during live sessions and maintain confidentiality regarding any business details discussed by fellow members. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the session and termination of membership without a refund.
8. Disclaimer & Scope of Service
The Group is provided for educational, co-working, and general informational purposes only. The facilitator is acting as a group guide and is not providing formal legal, tax, accounting audit, or financial advice, nor dedicated technical support for specific third-party software platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero). Always consult a qualified CPA or professional advisor for specific business or legal determinations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Clear Aim Advisory LLC, its facilitators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential financial damages or bookkeeping errors arising from your participation in the Group.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant updates via email.
